I'm Adam Valine. Fifteen years inside enterprise workflow systems at Franklin Templeton and Wells Fargo; currently AI Strategy Lead at Solutions Plus Consulting. The qubic* family is what happens when the same craft gets pointed at my own problems — a portfolio of focused tools, shipped independently.

Each one is a system I wished existed while I was configuring the alternative inside somebody else's product. TypeScript, Postgres, self-hosted on single boxes. Built for the operator who has to read the logs at 2am.

Legibility at 2am.
Vendor workflow engines flexible enough to model your real process but opaque enough that nobody can debug them at 11pm. Integration tools that handle the happy path beautifully and lose your data the first time a partner changes a field name. I've supported all of it — and now I write the replacements. TypeScript and Node, Postgres with Prisma or Drizzle, self-hosted on single boxes via idempotent bash and systemd and nginx, no Docker unless a client insists.
